UX & UI Technical Designer - Foxtrot

Do you see menus, HUDs, and tooltips not just as UI elements, but as a battlefield for usability and immersion? We’re looking for a UX & UI Technical Designer to make navigating our military sandbox as smooth as executing a perfect tactical maneuver. You’ll work across disciplines to shape the visual, functional, and technical design of our game’s interface, ensuring every click, scroll, and interaction feels intuitive and immersive. Whether it’s refining the user experience, scripting game logic, or stress-testing mechanics in live play sessions, you’ll be at the heart of making our interface as sharp as the action itself. Job Description

• Handle technical, functional, and visual design in order to positively impact the player experience

• Work with other departments to create solutions for gameplay mechanics based on design

• Participate in regular play sessions and check the state of implemented mechanics

• Use an internal game editor or external instruments to create tools that support game development

• Improve, adjust, and enhance documentation according to the actual state of mechanics and/or assets

• Write code in object-oriented scripting language (Clike)

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience

• Good spoken and written English

• Good scripting capabilities

• Interest in developing game UI, understanding PC & console UX

• Experience with developing game UI is a big plus

• Previous experience with Arma games is a big plus

• Familiarity with other game engines like Unreal, Unity, CryEngine, etc. is a plus
