Customer Support (office based):

  • Provide first-level customer support through email and online support channels; handle inquiries related to orders, returns, payments, and product information

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and finding solutions; ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions

  • Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining communication with the customer

Order and Inventory Management:

  • Assist in processing and managing orders across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy

  • Monitor and help manage inventory levels to ensure product availability

  • Help with updating product listings, pricing, and descriptions as required

Platform Maintenance and Support:

  • Maintain and update e-commerce platforms; ensure product pages, promotions, and banners are accurate and current

  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify and resolve any technical or operational issues

Customer Feedback & Insights:

  • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve the overall e-commerce experience

  • Assist in creating FAQs and other support documentation

  • Monitor daily reviews and report negative ones to the appropriate team

Support E-Commerce Promotions & Campaigns:

  • Assist with executing e-commerce promotions and campaigns; ensure proper setup and alignment across all platforms

  • Help prepare for sales events by ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and promotional materials

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, processing refunds, and managing customer records

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction logs in the CRM system

Requirements

  • English proficiency is essential for communication with the team and external partners

  • Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, or order management

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or similar e-commerce platforms

  • Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and order management tools is a plus
