E-commerce Customer Support
Customer Support (office based):
Provide first-level customer support through email and online support channels; handle inquiries related to orders, returns, payments, and product information
Assist customers with troubleshooting and finding solutions; ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions
Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining communication with the customer
Order and Inventory Management:
Assist in processing and managing orders across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy
Monitor and help manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
Help with updating product listings, pricing, and descriptions as required
Platform Maintenance and Support:
Maintain and update e-commerce platforms; ensure product pages, promotions, and banners are accurate and current
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify and resolve any technical or operational issues
Customer Feedback & Insights:
Gather and document customer feedback to help improve the overall e-commerce experience
Assist in creating FAQs and other support documentation
Monitor daily reviews and report negative ones to the appropriate team
Support E-Commerce Promotions & Campaigns:
Assist with executing e-commerce promotions and campaigns; ensure proper setup and alignment across all platforms
Help prepare for sales events by ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and promotional materials
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, processing refunds, and managing customer records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction logs in the CRM system
Requirements
English proficiency is essential for communication with the team and external partners
Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, or order management
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or similar e-commerce platforms
Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM systems and order management tools is a plus
