Our Marketing Team is looking for a new Community Manager! In this role, you’ll be responsible for moderating our social media channels, creating engaging posts, and communicating directly with our community of players. You’ll be the bridge between our players and the developers, responding to both positive and negative feedback while ensuring that player suggestions and bug reports are shared with our live-ops team.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people both online and in person, and can enhance our social media strategy with their fresh perspectives and ideas. We’re a close-knit, creative team working in a fast-paced environment, so it’s important to have a friendly, can-do attitude. You’ll need to be ready to jump in and help with important tasks, especially on days when we have dev streams and new launches.
While community management experience isn’t required for this role, a strong passion for gaming, knowledge of social media, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Think you’ve got what it takes to be our next Community Manager? We’d love to hear from you!
