Your Mission
As a Product Manager for Overwatch 2's Core Gameplay, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the player experience for millions of dedicated players. You will leverage your expertise in product management and passion for gaming to drive the success of Overwatch 2's core gameplay features such as Competitive mode, Player progression and First-time User Experience. Key Responsibilities:
Support design leadership with developing and launching new gameplay features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Develop reports and dashboards to present gameplay metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including game designers, engineers, artists, and UX/UI specialists to help define, implement and measure the impact of gameplay enhancements.
Gather and analyze player feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements and optimize gameplay experiences.
Work closely with the User Research team to conduct playtests and usability studies to validate design decisions and gather player insights.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify player preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the Live Operations team to develop and execute in-game events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with the Marketing and PR teams to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for core gameplay updates and features.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and player preferences to inform future product enhancements and innovations.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

Minimum Requirements
Experience
3+ years of experience in product management within the gaming industry, preferably with a focus on core gameplay features.
Experience with live service games and a solid understanding of free-to-play business models.
Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrated understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Attributes
Passion for Shooter/FPS games and a deep knowledge of the Overwatch franchise.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 AnnualText Constant . These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
