Your Mission
The Battle.net Commercial team is looking for a hardworking and diligent Merchandising and Content Operations Coordinator to support our games on the Battle.net platform. In this role you’ll work with internal and external partners to handle assets, editorial and engagement updates and sale promotions on Battle.net. The ideal candidate is a meticulous project manager who can think ahead and work independently. This person will also have experience building strong cross-functional relationships across internal teams and external partners to support campaigns from start to finish.
The Merchandising and Content Operations Coordinator should be highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about gaming.

Responsibilities
Review and coordinate assets with Activision, Blizzard, regional publishing teams, and Battle.net
Implement engagement updates and sale promotions on the Battle.net ecosystem in multiple languages daily
Act as a key contact between internal departments and regional teams for everything related to the assigned engagement updates and sale promotions
Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure the Merchandising and Content Operations team has all the required assets and copy to support on-platform campaigns
Set and lead collaborator expectations while balancing challenging and conflicting priorities
Attend assigned meetings
Requirements
A minimum of 1-year experience working with international teams
Able to capture and align necessary resources against a schedule, especially under tight deadlines and changing project demands
Able to establish key relationships, gain cooperation, and reduce tension among team members and impacted departments
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to organize information in a clear and concise manner
Be punctual and diligent
Persuasive, encouraging, and a motivating influence with all assigned projects
Experience addressing conflicting priorities and achieving consensus, while also assertively contributing relevant analysis, opinions, and thoughts
Familiarity with the following tools: Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Google Analytics, Wrike, SharePoint. CMS tools

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $21.63 - $40.02 HourlyText Constant . These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
