Overview

As a tool that's integrated into the most vital gameplay moments— delivering a functional, simple, and seamless experience is critical. We don't cut corners or compromise. Blitz is currently in hyper-growth, and we're looking for an individual to define our brand across marketing and product operations.

As a Graphic Designer, you will create the creatives for Blitz that reflects a world-class brand that reaches millions of users daily. To excel in this role, you must have experience in creating marketing and product designs in addition to a deep understanding of the gaming demographic. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will primarily be assisting in brand marketing initiatives.

We welcome remote workers and prefer those based in Los Angeles, CA. We consider it a strength if you are online roughly during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Develop graphic/visual design assets for both product and marketing requirements
  • Experience with Figma
  • Creating icons, logos, web imagery that complies with brand guidelines
  • Design web and in-app UX requests
  • Create content templates for social team needs
  • Create influencer marketing design assets including overlays, underlays and imagery
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Product teams to integrate feedback into design where applicable
  • Create marketing campaign assets and graphics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with web platforms and/or design systems.
  • Experience in creating prototypes (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe After Effects, etc.) to express ideas.
  • Knowledge of design and technology trends.
  • Ability to leverage trends to engage brand expressions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Experience with developing and designing digital experiences (e.g., websites), and graphic design (e.g., typography, layout, and art direction)
