Main Responsibilities
Design and implement robust and scalable architecture solutions for Unreal projects;
Develop and integrate gameplay features, working closely with designers and artists;
Create and maintain tools and pipelines (level editors, animation tools, asset pre-processing/post-processing, etc.) to improve team efficiency;
Optimize and debug code to ensure game stability and performance on various platforms;
Ensure cross-platform compatibility and manage porting tasks;
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends related to Unreal Engine and game development.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in game programming, with a minimum of 7 years in Unreal Engine;
Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints, with a solid understanding of software architecture and gameplay;
You see AI as an essential tool to push boundaries and focus on what matters: content, not container;
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
Willingness to work in various domains (architecture, gameplay, tools);
Familiarity with version control systems (Perforce);
Experience in cross-platform development and porting (a strong asset);
Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (an asset);
Knowledge of C# programming and Unity (an asset).
