Job Description

Your missions

Working directly with the Chief Business Officer, your role will be to work on streamlining our business outreach activity while managing a portfolio of accounts currently led by the CBO.

  • Streamline business development strategies (using existing tools & software) and ensure that they are aligned with agency goals

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop strong and trustful relationships with clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts

  • Track and report on account performance

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

  • You will collaborate closely with other members of the business team to streamline business outreach activities

  • You will work closely with the CBO on brief/pitch response and day to day client management.

  • You will handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously

  • You will work closely with other teams (strategy, production, creative) to come up with top notch solutions that best answer your clients business needs.

Profile

  • You have a proven track record in account management at creative agencies.

  • You are passionate about video games and/or have worked in the gaming industry.

  • You are bilingual or have a very good level of French (though everyone speaks english at Biborg)

  • You have good written and oral presentation skills.

  • You are able to quickly adapt to new tools / software and are digital native.

  • You are able to work efficiently at all times to meet your deadlines and find solutions.

  • You are used to collaborating with other creative profiles such as Planners, Production Managers, Media Managers, Art/Motion Directors and Social Media Creatives.

  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills when it comes to speaking to clients, partners or internal teams.

  • You are proactive, solution and results oriented.

  • You are organized, have a great attention to detail and are militant about the perfect look of your presentation slides 🙂.

  • You’re willing to join a small-ish team to get more control and impact on your day to day and therefore not afraid to go the extra mile to deliver awesome work.

Additional information

  • Contract: Permanent

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Location: The Trampery Old Street, Shoreditch, London + remote working
