As Outsource Integration Artist, you will...
Ensure programmers complete sprint deliverables on schedule
Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to project timelines or deliverables
Document and track programming team tasks, bugs, and stories
Communicate updates on project trajectory to internal leadership and stakeholders
Address production issues for a 24/7 Live operation
Qualifications
What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Producer for an engineering team on a live production service and or new service
You have working knowledge of project management and task management tools
You possess exceptional attention to detail
You have excellent communication skills
You are able to communicate effectively with anyone at any level in the organization to ensure a good customer experience
You maintain a positive outlook; lead by example
You have the ability to find deliverables, action items, and requirements out of ambiguity
You adapt well to change
You are highly dependable and are able to build trusting relationships with programmers and leadership

You have experience with deploying changes to existing (live) products and new products
