We're seeking an experienced Business Manager to help drive new and cyclical cross functional initiatives from strategy to execution. In this position you will work with studio, publishing and executive stakeholders to define, coordinate and execute strategic studio and IP initiatives with the aim of maximizing engagement and profitability.

As Business Manager, you will…
- Assist in the definition of project scope, goals and reasonable timelines for delivery
- Lead teams of cross-functional resources toward strategic goals set by executive, studio and publishing leadership
- Develop and maintain project plans to achieve goals within predetermined timelines while holding contributors accountable for deviations from plan
- Coordinate with central functions to ensure new and innovative product strategies adhere to all legal and financial requirements
- Summarize project status updates for regular operational review and communication
- Review and negotiate contracts to ensure studio IP is protected and business terms are maximized
- Assist Studio leadership, finance and HR in resource and subcontractor tracking and reporting
- Assist in the strategy, coordination and consolidation of cyclical forecasting and planning exercises
- Provide ad-hoc project tracking and analysis
Qualifications

- You have 5+ years experience in business leadership or project management role;
- You have the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- You're great at thinking outside the box for strategic product initiatives;
- You have excellent organizational skills;
- You are a clear and concise communicator;
- You possess a strong aptitude with Microsoft Office suite;
- You are familiar with Confluence, Teams and Slack.
