Belong Gaming Arenas are local gaming spaces located throughout the UK. We run national activities and grassroot esports competitions between the arenas and they actively recruit players into communities.

As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing the Belong Marketing strategy. You will oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns and manage the operation of the team.

Qualifications

• Managing the Belong marketing budget
• Working with the Partnerships team to agree our campaigns and strategy messaging
• Creating and implement a marketing plan for internal Belong properties.
• Authorising new store layout and design sign offs
• Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
• Reviewing competitor activity and advise the business on strategic approaches
• Planning and execute local marketing initiatives to best support arenas and their communities
• Preparing and monitor relevant targeted marketing campaigns
• Working experience in Digital Marketing (2+ years minimum)
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement tools
