Belong Gaming Arenas are local gaming spaces located throughout the UK. We run national activities and grassroot esports competitions between the arenas and they actively recruit players into communities.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the Belong Digital Marketing and Social Media strategies. You will be fully responsible for the management of the social media channels.

• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute all digital marketing activity, including SEO, PPC, search and other online channels
• Developing, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Measuring and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
• Creating exciting and engaging content for our communities, which uses a consistent tone of voice
• Managing the content plan, and content creation which resonates with our varied audiences across all channels
• Managing belong.gg content to ensure the channel is fully aligned to the strategy, whilst current and exciting
• Responsible for growing our social media channels and explore new channel opportunities
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
