The Role

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where people strategy is at the heart of business decisions. You have a proven track record of building innovative programs and complex projects. Reporting to the VP - HR, you will support Behaviour interactive with our accelerated growth!

In this role you will:

  • Propose, develop, and implement organizational development programs aligned with Behaviour’s business strategy, global needs, and employee satisfaction;
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continued improvement of complex talent management initiatives;
  • Ensure progress of multiple organizational projects, and coordinate activities in partnership with the Human Resources team and other relevant stakeholders;
  • Work with the HR team to help them develop and implement their strategy for supporting internal clients;
  • Implement strategies and tools to ensure follow-up and communication throughout the different programs;
  • Coordinate the assessment of projects and the implementation of performance indicators;
  • Monitor and analyze trends, current developments, and best practices in organizational development and suggest areas for improvement to reflect the evolution of work new realities.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Communication Studies, Organizational Development or in a related field;
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in organizational development combined with good knowledge of change management and project management;
  • Positive leadership, excellent communications skills, and a team player;
  • Good listening skills, and the ability to be proactive and adapt to change;
  • Ability to question and challenge traditional thinking, openness, and innovative spirit;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English;
  • Project management expertise, particularly schedule management with several stakeholders;
  • Proven agility with computerized systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, collaboration platforms, etc.);
  • Bilingualism French/English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
