We’re looking for a team player with stellar organizational skills, productive, and detailed-oriented, who will report directly to the VP Communications. Someone who is genuinely interested in the video game industry, its creative talent, and its player communities, is also a big plus!

• Write, edit, and translate a wide range of texts and deliverables such as newsletters, blog articles, press releases, speeches, FAQs, website and social media content, for multiple projects;
• Produce content to enhance the Behaviour employer brand (recruitment tool);
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns, various communication elements, and cross-platform content;
• Conduct interviews for blog articles;
• Work closely with the artistic director and the Communications Team;
• Find the right tone for the employer brand and ensure it is used on every platform;
• Present ideas and concepts adopting a structured approach;
• Contribute to extending the outreach of Behaviour Interactive and its mission;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and trends in writing and related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency;
• Strong storytelling skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Marketing or in another related discipline;
• Team spirit – collaborate and advocate teamwork;
• Ability to clearly present creative ideas and concepts;
• Proficient in French and English;
• Ability to work simultaneously on several projects of various size;
