What you'll do

Lead the vision and execution of products that drive player happiness and growth.

• Work closely with our Solution and Player Live Operation teams to analyze market insights, identify opportunites, and define priorties and roadmap.
• Lead a team of Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers to rapidly iterate on new features that maximize player acquistition, participation, and long term enjoyment.
• Assist in the expansion of your Product Team - including Engineering, Design, Project Management, and Community Managers.

• Taking products from hypothesis to product market fit for gamers
• Translating broad vision into decisive action. You operate at all levels. You think and communicate from macro to micro with ease. You are not afraid of being on the frontlines with your team.
• Rapid iterations of new product ideas that consistently show cohort to cohort improvements in core KPIs.
• Motivating and leading “A+” product teams of PM’s, engineers, and designers
