AIG is forming an executive team to embark on an epic journey. AIG’s vision is to revolutionise the gaming industry within Australia by creating a nationwide, grass-roots institution for the development of esports professionals.

To achieve this AIG requires management of its first class facilities and personnel. The Director of Operations position is primarily responsible for AIG’s operational policies and processes.

AIG is a start-up and intends to begin trading in the first quarter of 2019. Until then, this role can be undertaken in a virtual capacity working with the other directors to prepare AIG for business.

Key roles and responsibilities of the Director of Operations are:

• Human resource functions
• Financial administration functions
• Input into marketing and sales strategies
• Facility oversight, including inventory control and contract agreements with suppliers and sponsors
• Workplace health, safety and sustainability
• Managing and auditing of internal systems and processes
• Corporate governance and regulatory processes
