Responsibilities:

  • Study and understand the market and the competitors, to decide which market segment we want to target, and how we are going to position our product;
  • Understand ASUS product roadmap and product portfolio from ASUS headquarters, select the right product & SKU to sell in local (Korea) market;
  • Create a buy plan for purchasing, by creating merchandise assortment plans by product category and SKU targets in accordance with overall strategy and financial plans;
  • Responsible for merchandising, planning and allocation for Korea retail stores;
  • Setup the right price for each product line& SKU to maximize the market share and profits;
  • Understand the product and competition status to provide the correct forecast to headquarters;
  • Supply chain management, Sell-In / Sell-Out / Sell-Through, final inventory status and take action to add /cancel the order & forecast , and to make sure we will not have any shortage or overstock problems;
  • Customers’ relationship maintenance & Channel program management (Sales).

Qualifications:

  • You must be living in Korea and own a Korean permanent residency;
  • The Korean language should be native level, and English should be above the business level. (both speaking and writing);
  • Knowledge of PCs and computer componets is essential (If you can assemble the computer yourself and play computer game, we will concern you more interested);
  • Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word should be intermediate + level, Excel should be advanced level);
  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Strategic and data-driven thinking;
  • Proactive and strong in execution.
