The person in this role will be in charge of planning, creating and analyzing all the online and offline paid media campaigns together with leading the communication through all the social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Define and plan local Social Media calendar based on HQ assets, WEMEA strategy and Spain’s priorities.
  • Guide external agency to comply with ASUS standards in terms of creative guidelines as well as tone and manner of communication towards our end users. Implies a day-to-day fluent communication with both internal and external agents.
  • Understand KSP of focus models to implement correctly the messaging through monthly content calendars for all social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) for both ASUS corporate and ASUS Gaming (ROG) channels.
  • Create social media dynamics such as (but not limited to) hiring influencers, social media contests or draws, paid media campaigns to increase followers and/or engagement campaigns.
  • Look for partnerships with other social media communities to grow our fan base.
  • Lead paid media campaigns together with an external agency to look for best opportunities in which ASUS can be advertised to reach its potential target audiences.
  • Constant follow up of results and learnings to implement changes and ensure the investment is cost efficient.
  • Understand which is the paid media environment in the country vs the competency to look for best ways to have a higher reach.
  • Continuous proactive interest to see new platforms behavior and market trends to adapt both social media and paid media strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and organize budget related to its referred areas.

Qualifications

Competencies

  • Capability in building strategic, multilevel and teamwork relationship is needed.
  • Knowledge on working with external agencies in an organized and accurate way.
  • Capability in multi-tasking and in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment/culture is needed.
  • Good logic thinking and decision-making are highly appreciated.

Knowledge

  • Very good knowledge of influencer map in Spain as well as social media trends.
  • Familiar with current social marketing tools.
  • Understand online and offline supports and investment needs.
  • Familiar with key metrics to ensure successful results.
  • Office Package skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years Social Marketing/Influencer/paid media experience is needed.
  • Various successful social campaigns experience in the last 12 months, appreciated in the technological sector.
  • Relevant experience in international companies is appreciated.

Education

  • University degree in marketing or public relations is appreciated.
  • Master and/or any other further qualification in marketing is appreciated.
