About Global Talent Program

The ASUS Global Talent Program (GTP) is a mentor-based program designed to prepare you for an international career in the consumer technology industry. Over the course of 90 days, you’ll develop leadership and professional skills through a series of trainings and challenging assignments. Each participant completes more than 150 hours of training in specialized course that cover product knowledge, sales and marketing operations, customer service and business management.

Available Positions

Sales 2021GTP - Market Development Manager

  • Study and analyze the market competition, define the opportunity, and propose product positioning, pricing, marketing, and service strategy.
  • Understand product portfolio and roadmap from the headquarter; select the right product & SKU for the assigned market.
  • Based on the understanding of the assigned market, provide accurate sales forecast to headquarter.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, final inventory status and modify the order and forecast and ensure smooth supply status in the market.
  • Manage quarterly business simulations including revenue, costs, expenses, and profit.

PM2021GTP - Sales Product Manager

  • Define new product's specification, and control the cost & schedule.
  • Research and analyze market conditions, and identify key competitor and market/consumer trends.
  • Coordinate events (CES/ Computex) and provide product training to sales .
  • Integrate and organize product developing related topics with cross-functions.

Marketing2021GTP - Territory Marketing Manager

  • Define regional marketing strategy that leads to the growth of marketing share & profit in APAC region.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and local markets to execute GTM plan and strategic campaigns.
  • Review & monitor the APAC markets marketing execution status on a day to day basis.
  • Develop partnership with local marketing managers and provide regional guidance to ensure the success of new product launch.
  • Strong working relationship with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally to ensure delivery of the best possible experience to ASUS customers.

Marketing2021GTP - Global Product Marketing (Phone)

  • Develop global marketing strategy for responsible products – go-to-market strategy, market positioning, target audience setting, and communication plan.
  • Understand market and customers to conduct detailed analysis, identifying business drivers and opportunities
  • Develop creative concepts: creative brief / communication message and copy development
  • Create marketing communication assets: work with design team / agency based on defined direction to create videos, print & outdoor ads, product pages, digital banners, press releases and other online or offline marketing collaterals
  • Work with product/engineering experts to define and roll out product features and unique selling points.
  • Work closely with local marketing teams to create appropriate, timely deliverables for the various audiences, which includes both end-users as well as channel and OEM partners
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Social Media team, PR team, Content Management team…etc.) to execute product strategies/tactics and deliverables
  • Event support: various local or global press events and exhibitions

Marketing2021GTP - Global Product Marketing Specialist (PC)

  • Analyzing product brand positioning and consumer insights and further develop global marketing strategy for responsible products – go-to-market strategy and communication plan.
  • Lead creative development from creative brief to marketing asset development that can cover potential TA’s touch points including owned media, earned media and paid media. Assets include but not limited to video, printed & OOH ads, product page, web banner, press release, POSM and other online/offline marketing collaterals.
  • Work with product/ engineering experts to understand product features and define unique selling points to create a great product story for communication.
  • Oversee related cross-functional teams (Social, Media buy, PR, Influencer, Content, Channel marketing …etc.) to make sure product strategies are being executed by different tactics and deliverables
  • Work closely with local marketing teams to align marketing strategy. Create attractive and timely deliverables that are suitable for key markets to execute.
  • Drive execution result of key markets. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, track KPI and assess ROI.
  • Ensure product launch success in global launch events and exhibitions

Customer Service 2020GTP - Global Technical Service Engineer

  • Manage and define test program processes and procedures to all regions repair center technicians.
  • Work with hardware and software RD engineers to develop diagnostic test programs for repair center usage.
  • Provide technical support and on-site training for technicians in each country.
  • Set up the KPI dashboard to monitor the repair quality of all regional repair centers.
  • Automate the repair system operation to improve efficiency of the system processes.
