Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Outsource Manager is responsible for driving our global outsourcing efforts by establishing and managing external vendor partnerships supporting the resource needs and capacity planning for a robust portfolio of world class games. You will have direct influence on pipelines and the overall outsourcing processes for multiple games.

Essential Functions:

  • Implement and maintain workflows for asset delivery and integration, ensuring efficiency and high-quality production of assets developed for Aspyr.
  • Collaborate with leadership, production and discipline leads to develop a strategic outsourcing roadmap and process.
  • Drive efficiency and ensure schedules, work orders, budgets and milestones are clearly defined, accurate and aligned with all key parties.
  • Stay up to date with all business development and organizational changes that could impact capacity planning and outsourcing needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of video game / entertainment or other relevant production experience.
  • Experience managing robust, high-volume outsource pipelines encompassing a broad set of vendors across several disciplines and international locations.
  • Ability to interpret creative and technical needs and translate them into thoughtful outsource plans and solution recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a high volume environment.
  • Experience with production and budget tracking software.
