Arkane Studios is looking for a highly experienced Live Ops Producer to support our team. Our Live Ops Producers work with all parts of the team to facilitate communication, solve problems, and ensure stable workflows to help achieve project goals. Candidates should be comfortable negotiating priorities with departmental leadership and be familiar with the concept influencing without authority. There should be a particular emphasis on end-to-end organizational success as the most highly desirable outcome.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the health of the game’s 24/7 live service
  • Manage scheduling, testing, deployment, and communication of game updates and hotfixes
  • Develop procedures and standards for operating the live service to ensure minimal downtime and a consistent player experience
  • Collaborate with QA, Community, Network Operations, External Partners, and Customer Service to triage issues found in the live environments
  • Prioritize departmental initiatives based on data driven decision making
  • Communicate product health/status with leadership team, focusing on product risks and challenges, with potential solutions to address them
  • Coordinate large scale technical projects that require collaboration with different business disciplines
  • Manage and grow external partner relationships

Qualifications

  • 5+ years production experience
  • 2+ years supporting the Live service of a AAA or mobile title
  • Production experience on at least 1 AAA title or major expansion from end to end
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Familiarity with cloud services and online game infrastructures
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior management
  • Comfortable negotiating complex challenges with an even temperament

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile game development: Scrum, Kanban, Feature-driven development
  • Previous game discipline experience: design, art, engineering, QA
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Office suite, and deployment services such as Jenkins
  • First-party support services, such as Microsoft Partner Center and Steamworks
  • Experience as an on-call resource
