What We're Looking For
Line management experience
Experience in being part of or leading agile teams, or as a Scrum Master
Server-side core Java development
NoSQL database development e.g. MongoDB
Spring framework - A good working knowledge of the core spring libraries
Testing good practices: both unit and integration testing
Maven and Git
Working on high-volume highly available websites
