Who are we:

We are the first real eSports club which allows everyone to join a team and get managed in a professional environment.

How is it working?

Once players join the club, they are placed in a team of the same Elo with their own professional coach. The coach's mission is to support his team and help them to get better after each practice.

In addition to the team system players also have access to our Workout sessions.

In these classes they have the opportunity to work on specific points of the game such as wave management, warding and more! Everything is done in a live session between players and the coach via discord. If they want, players can ask everything to improve their understanding of the game to the coach.

This is not all, with Arcadium they will also get access to tournaments, masterclasses, community events and much more!

The job :

Acquisition coaches are the people in charge of the trial sessions in our club. Their mission is to sell the club by coaching people in a 30-minute session.

Qualifications:

• Experience of coaching at high level on league of legends
• USA based
• At least 20 Years old
• Good personal organization
• Previous experience in sales (internship, part time jobs are fine too )
