We are looking for an experienced full-time IT person who can facilitate the growth of employees at a fast paced and agile company. You would work with the existing IT team and work with Operations team on providing hardware support. You must be able to work well with others, have clear verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Tech who delivers top level customer support and enjoys helping people
- Heavy internal documentation track record with outcome of helping your teammates gain more knowledge
- Responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools
- Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
- Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical host computer resources.
- Manages the data center and computer host systems including hardware, software.
- Experienced in: OKTA Application integration (SAML 2.0), Postgres SQL, Linux Administration, Storage Tegile, VMware, vCloud Automation Center, ESXi, vSphere,
- Resolve Tier 3 IT support request
- Stay ahead of 0-day security issues and remediate as soon as possible
- Preferred but not required: Scripting PowerShell and Python

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
- 5+ years experience with JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite (Google Apps), Apple, Windows 10, iOS, Android, Git,
- Experience preferred working with Active Directory administration and Group Policy
- Designing, deploying, and administering Microsoft Server 2012 r2, 2016 Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS Authentication, JAMF, vSphere 6.5,
- Administration and troubleshooting of Windows servers and Microsoft Active Directory Domains
- Medium to large enterprise experience preferred
