AOE Creative is a leading creative design and marketing agency specializing in gaming, esports, and nerd culture.

We are looking to contract a marketing coordinator with a passion for digital pop culture. This individual will need to hit the ground running with a range of projects, including market research, marketing strategy development, and creative development on various projects and high profile clients.

This position is for a contract for 3 months to hire.

Desired skills & qualifications for this position

• A degree in Marketing or related fields

• Good at problem-solving
• Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively
• Thoughtful, organized, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of communities on social platforms including Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit

• Experience organizing events online or physical

What you'll be doing as a Marketing Coordinator

• Developing market analysis and research documents for clients and internal usage
• Developing marketing strategies or action plans for clients and internal usage
• Project management responsibilities and keeping clients up to date on the project’s timelines
• Documenting and organizing marketing materials and content
• Collaborating with a team of 2-3 to come up with marketing concepts and sample pitches
• Assisting with day-to-day elements for planning and execution
• Creating advertising campaigns on social media and Google platforms

Additional Information

• Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST.
• The position reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
