Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate Producer (permanent contract) to supervise all different stages of the video game production process on HUMANKIND™.

Under the supervision of the Producer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Development supervision by providing support to the production teams
  • Schedules’ / Planning elaboration and monitoring, tasks and issues prioritization and dispatch
  • Coordination within the different members of the team (Artists, Game Designer, Programmers, Marketing, …)
  • Scrum meetings animation
  • Outsourcing management (external graphic production, QA, etc...) in collaboration with other Producers/Associate Producers
  • Release management: first party requirements and backend supervision.

Required experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management / Project Management or in relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in video game industry in a similar or relevant position with significant involvement in 1 published game ideally on consoles
  • Fully fluent or native in English and French

Required skills and profile

  • Skills in project coordination and management (organization, milestones setting, prioritization, etc.)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with a large variety of profiles
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Passionate about strategy games / video-games
