Amazon FreeTime is growing exponentially. What began as a small, parent-friendly experiment in children’s multimedia content, has quickly become the top kids-only media subscription in the world. The FreeTime team is looking for a dynamic, creative, and efficient Mobile Game Associate Producer to help lead the development and production of engaging mobile games for our FreeTime kids audience. This person will contribute to mobile games from concept to launch and live service with responsibility for delivering highly engaging content on-time and on-budget.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision for the game
- Collaborate with Lead Producer to define design pillars, set and maintain quality bar
- Evaluate third party development studios & proposals
- Contribute to monetization and game economy design
- Provide feedback and milestone approvals
- Anticipate and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross functional team members including engineering, marketing, legal, UA
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 or more years of professional experience in video games
- Experience with feature delivery and evaluating tradeoffs on a product
- Experience contributing to roadmap strategy and definition
- Fluent in mobile game trends
- Comfortable “rolling up your sleeves” and getting things done in a small, entrepreneurial team
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for and previous experience in children’s content
- Product Management experience
