Knowledge in Video Game Equipment & Esports Required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet and assist in-store customers to select equipment and accessories for their gaming & streaming needs by teaching the benefits and key features of each product.
• Provide support for online store by phone, email, and online chat.
• Assist in opening or closing routines, including inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
