Part-Time Freelance

Akupara Games is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help leverage Search, Social, and Programmatic paid ads to drive acquisitions for an upcoming premium game title. This person will manage a budget across multiple platforms, identify and optimize towards key KPIs, and report results to the team on a regular basis. Please note, this position will be managing paid media only, and not organic posts across channels.

Job Duties & Expectations:

  • Design an acquisition strategy across multiple platforms (Search, Social, & Programmatic) within a set budget
  • Identify key audiences and targeting
  • Optimize towards key KPIs and across platforms based on performance
  • Analyze data and provide regular reporting to the team on results and optimizations
  • Work with creative teams to build creative best practices across all platforms
  • Occasionally write copy as needed specific to key platforms

Experience Desired:

  • 2-3+ years experience designing Paid strategy across Search, Social, and Programmatic
  • Experience working with brands and budgets over $50K
  • Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, Google AdWords, DV360 experience required
  • Ability to interpret data into reports for the team and highlight optimizations and recommendations for approving strategy
  • Strong independent worker who can set and meet their own deadlines
  • Experience in gaming industry a plus

Job Details:

  • Role will be a part-time contractor
  • 20-40 hours the first week to setup
  • 10-20 hours per week to further optimize ads and do reporting
  • Guaranteed 2 months, with potential to extend based on performance of campaign. We hope to have ads run for ~6 months. Potential for more work in the future
