THE KIND OF STUFF YOU`LL BE DOING:

As a Project Manager (f/m/d), you’ll manage our internal projects and develop the project management processes. You’ll report directly to the C-Level of Aesir Interactive.

Managing our Stakeholders and communication with clients, sponsors, partners and all the other departments involved.
Ensure smooth workflows within the team and be the central communication hub for everybody
Lead and coordinate a game development team during all project phases (from initial concept to release or live care)
Plan and schedule the project & manage the production risks
Take care of development operations, meetings and needs of the team
Assume accountability for the team, budget and project

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for someone who can actively and independently execute his/her job from the very first week on. Therefore, you

are responsible for all phases of your project
have experience within the domain of creative industries
have in-depth knowledge of project management, it’s tools and agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum/Kanban)
have reasonable IT-contracts knowledge
are able to identify and manage potential risks and challenges

Fitting into our team is a key factor for our decision, that's why

you are fluent in English (oral and written communication)
you have experience in leadership and mentoring
you have good Excel-skills

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE ALSO HAS:

3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
Good knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
Work-experience in the games industry
