You will partner closely with analytics leads, studio stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure work is clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered with transparency and accountability.

This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of 4 days a week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Delivery

  • Establish and align sprints with current Data Analytics goals; ensure all sprint tasks are fully scoped, tracked, and owned by the appropriate analyst or lead

  • Drive work consistently from inception through integration across multiple concurrent studio, franchise, and publishing requests

  • Generate and manage stakeholder roadmaps; triage deliverables as initiatives evolve and reprioritize in response to shifting needs

  • Identify blockers early and develop risk mitigation plans in partnership with stakeholders, ICs, and leadership

  • Coordinate with team leads to define MVPs, balancing speed-to-insight with available resources

Stakeholder Communication & Relationships

  • Proactively identify key studio POCs to maintain forward momentum on critical initiatives

  • Build trust with game studios, publishing teams, and internal partners to serve as a reliable conduit of cross-functional knowledge

  • Ensure studios are informed of incoming changes, features, and cross-franchise analytics initiatives requiring their coordination or participation

Team Culture & Process Improvement

  • Champion documentation standards and repository improvements across Data Insights via Confluence updates and template development

  • Support team learning and development programs; integrate PM and culture feedback to strengthen cross-functional collaboration

  • Maintain and enhance Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, retrospectives — and associated Jira tooling including automations and dashboards

What You Bring

Required

  • Undergraduate degree

  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum and/or waterfall methodologies

  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or comparable project management tools

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, scheduling, and documentation skills
