Your Mission

As a Product Manager, Mobile you will help drive performance for one of our marquee upcoming mobile titles. The newly formed mobile product management team were assembling is strategically vital to our mission of bringing our world-class IP onto mobile phones, and were looking for rockstars who are equally comfortable with building features as they are with running live ops or conducting data analysis. This product manager role will be responsible for a sizeable chunk of one of our upcoming games, and will work with the games Senior Product Manager and the groups Director of Product to ensure we maximize our opportunity.

Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities

  • Own and drive existing and new features for our newest game to drive monthly/quarterly strategic goals and key targets.
  • Create and execute events, contests, and promotion plans to drive monthly goals and target metrics for the studio team.
  • Analyze and monitor key metrics and user feedback on a real-time basis to determine user trends and behavior. Quickly detect and surface game economy imbalances and concept/execute rebalancing plans.
  • Drive the implementation of new innovations to improve acquisition, engagement and monetization.
  • Incorporate best practices derived from analysis into new and existing game features and communicate key takeaways to management.
  • Work with engineering team to design, implement, and roll out tools and techniques for automating live event and offers for users.
