Your Mission

The HR Strategy Team is part of our Organization Effectiveness Center of Excellence supporting Activision Blizzard globally. We partner directly with HR leadership to develop and implement our organization’s strategic vision.

As an HR Strategy Manager, you will have a direct impact on Activision Blizzard’s most critical people priorities, as well as our business unit efficiency at delivering epic entertainment. You will tackle complex business challenges and drive successful achievement of HR’s mission and goals. This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Santa Monica, CA.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Support development, tracking, and reporting of HR leadership’s strategic goals and priorities

  • Track and conduct regular reporting of our internal and public people commitments

  • Prepare monthly Chief People Officer reporting which includes key hiring/retention metrics, progress against goals and KPIs, and financial reporting

  • Partner with HR and business partners to manage the annual strategic planning process and financial management; including consolidation and reporting of HR quarterly budgets and monthly actuals, providing strategic insight to HR Leadership and benchmarking

  • Provide support to the Operations Director in Chief of Staff Responsbilities for the Chief People Officer, including actions tracking & follow up, leadership meeting facilitation, executive meeting material preparation and other ad hoc support/analysis as requested

Player Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate dynamic environments

  • Great teammate with a roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude, and highly developed sense of proactivity

  • Ability to develop and maintain partner relationships

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $87,480.00 - $161,910.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
