Your Mission
Activision, the publisher of the hit Call of Duty franchise, is looking for a skilled expert level IAM engineer to join our Activision|Blizzard|King (ABK) Information Security team.
At ABK we aim to deliver the best user experience and business driven processes to manage our identity data, and the authentication and authorization experience for our users. You’ll be joining a highly technical team who are charged with a mission to design, build and deliver, an enterprise Azure solution within our IAM program.
Placing identity at the center of the security decision making process, you’ll work on critical initiatives for our enterprise. The ideal candidate will already have extensive experience working as an IAM engineer in a fast-paced technology environment, preferably within an information/cyber security function.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Implement IAM solutions and application integrations, to enhance enterprise security risk posture.
Work closely with business and technical team to understand current landscape, use cases, gather requirements and plan Okta Setup and Integration activities.
Prepare Architecture, HLD and LLD for Okta Environment and Integrations.
Troubleshoot advanced problems within the Okta IdP by using tools such as SAML tracer, Fiddler and other similar tools.
Ensure team is following application administration and engineering best practices.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise for requirements consulting and advise on the appropriate options on Okta and IAM solutions.
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
Three or more years of hands-on experience as an IAM engineer.
Three years of experience in Information Security or Cyber Security.
Direct experience providing engineering and operations support for Okta solutions including installation, configuration, and migrations.
Experience migrating applications to Okta.
Experience with SAML, OpenID Connect, RADIUS and OAuth.
Experience in cloud environments.
Integration experience with Multi Factor Authentication.
Integration experience with Password less Authentication.
Strong experience with IAM related protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, OpenID and REST APIs, and other security interfaces.
Strong experience with Directories, SSO, Federation, Delegated administration.
Strong experience with Directories/LDAP.
Knowledge of life cycle management, role-based access control, identity and access management tools.
Strong communication skills.
Extra Points
BSc in Computer Science, Cyber/Information Security or other related field or experience.
Recognized industry certification such as CISSP.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $121,500.00 - $224,880.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
