Activision Blizzard is seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide support to the Chief People Officer. The role is highly visible in the organization and requires an individual who is well organized, personable, discreet and detail-oriented.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex schedules and do so with tremendous attention to detail.
  • Scheduling and monitoring complex meetings with company leadership, flagging conflicts, and proactively reviewing calendar to anticipate conflicts and coordinate rescheduling.
  • Ensure meeting materials are prepared ahead of all meetings.
  • Review, organize, draft and execute correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely prioritization and track tasks to completion.
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics (mobile technology, passport, visa requirements etc.) and manage travel schedule, meeting details, etc.
  • Maintain expenses. Gather all documentation to identify appropriate path to execute reimbursements.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices; order departmental equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain contact database and filing system daily.
  • Ad-hoc assignments and ongoing projects, with many requiring specific use of PowerPoint or Excel.

Player Profile

  • 10+ years of administrative support experience, including 4+ years supporting senior executive level leaders in a highly dynamic entertainment or technology environment or other high-touch, heavy-volume industry
  • College degree highly preferred (Business or Communications Degree a plus)
  • Proven ability to provide confidentiality and discretion, and act with excellent judgment
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, and world class prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Most importantly must be a go-getter, ambitious and tenacious - a team player and a strong support advocate.
