Your Mission

Duties

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties

This role provides support services to creative teams engaged in User Acquisition, Mobile (UA) content creation and strategy, with a focus in producing reusable motion graphics toolkits. As a data-driven environment, UA requires a constantly evolving creative approach to keep up with the short attention span of todays consumers.

  • Create original motion graphics assets, including lower thirds, title cards, and cinemagraphs, for use in broadcast marketing, social media marketing, and editorial projects
  • Provide high volume of creative iteration to keep up with changes in seasonal content and UA strategy in support of a data-driven approach
  • Generate After Effects toolkits and Essential Graphics templates, that can easily be updated to reflect changes in messaging or seasonal themes
  • Perform visual effects tasks including tracking, matchmoving, keying, rotoscoping and compositing
  • Version GFX to various specifications including frame rates, aspect ratios, and codecs for various viewing platforms
  • Update After Effects projects and other assets received from external sources
  • Maintain and promote high standards for project and asset management
  • Organize, archive, and back up projects
  • Implement feedback from creative leads and customer groups
  • Light, re-map textures, animate, and render 3d models provided by development studios
  • Troubleshoot Audio/Video Equipment, including Apple Mac Pro and PC workstations
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements

  • A demo reel is required
  • Advanced knowledge of After Effects
  • Demonstrable knowledge of commonly used plugins, such as Red Giant suites and Video Copilot plugins
  • Experience with User Acquisition and/or User Retention campaigns
  • Experience creating motion graphics toolkits for localization, editorial use, etc.
  • 3D experience with Element 3D and/or Cinema 4D
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with clients
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute the creation of original GFX for projects
  • Ability to integrate Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro into workflow
  • Thick skinned, good listener and able to give and take constructive criticism
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Experience with 360 videos/VR a plus
  • Experience shooting live video/still photography a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience. Video game industry experience a plus
