Absolute Monarchy is seeking a content creator director to join the core AM org team. This is a paid part-time commitment. Your role would include working closely with a small group of content creators to help them plan and produce content for their respective social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with content creators
• Track content creator progress
• Research trends and content creation strategies
• Provide guidance to our content creators when appropriate
• Capture clips, edit content, for use on their social media
• Help plan posts and define an upload cadence for creators

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of trends and best practices
• Strong editing and graphic skills
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team
• Ability to set and meet deadlines
• Experience working in esports is a plus
