We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media/Community Manager to bring our brand story to life by managing and growing our social media presence on platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord and Twitch. This includes coming up with creative ideas to promote our socials and using your fun, unique voice to interact and communicate with our fans. This is a full time, in-house position and we work primarily with Twitch Streamers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishing the Company's social media voice/tone and brand personality based on factors like audience, situation and channel, and maintaining brand consistency through the same.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  • Create and implement monthly strategies and actionable plans to grow and maintain followers and engagement rate through all social media and community platforms.
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
  • Daily presence and engagement on all social media platforms, including creating and posting content, replying to comments, and outreach to the community.
  • Constant communication and coordination with our creators and production team to gather the relevant content needed to update our social media, including creating titles and hashtags for content. Must be creative for the best SEO.
  • Supervise all aspects of interaction between the Company, the creators, and the community, including monitoring community sentiment and quickly identifying and addressing any negativity, problems, or threats.
  • Develop internal data tracking tool, user persona analysis, content source dashboard, etc. to improve the proficiency of social projects
  • Update and analyze daily performance data with impressions and engagement rate along with Twitch data of each creator.
  • Graphic design (OPTIONAL): Twitch banner, overlay and emotes.
  • Photography (OPTIONAL): Able to make good photos for social media posts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of managing a brand's social presence
  • Familiarity with Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord and Twitch communities and a deep understanding of the content ecosystem with proven track record in managing social medias
  • Strong influencer marketing background in both driving brand goals and conversion goals
  • Great communication skills and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field strongly preferred
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
  • Proficient in using multi-social posting programs Appsflyer, SproutSocial, Talkwalker, Tableau, Hootsuite, Tubular, etc.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Graphic design and photography experience a plus
