What We Need

2K Security is looking for a security engineering expert that can contribute to the design of a global security operations center and bring it to life with existing security monitoring technologies and techniques. You will need expertise with enterprise security tools like Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, Imperva, Nessus etc. along with knowledge and experience to monitor and maintain a robust security operations process for a geographically distributed and diverse enterprise infrastructure (corporate IT and online gaming).
The Enterprise Security Engineer will report to the Security Director, and will take day-to-day technical leadership from the Enterprise Security Architect.

What You Will Do

Own the threat & vulnerability management process. Ensure the health of the Nessus infrastructure, scope & customize scans, prioritize patching by risk, and work with Systems Engineering to apply patches.
Improve security visibility by broadening log aggregation scope, and maintaining Splunk.
Support the drive towards management by metrics by developing the data pipeline to compute and report on relevant metrics.
Support Take Two Interactive (2K’s parent company) Security & IT projects.

  • Anti-Denial of service strategies and supporting technologies (e.g. Arbor, Prolexic)
  • Patch & Vulnerability Management strategies and supporting technologies (e.g. SCCM, Nessus)
  • Network and Host Firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto)
  • Log aggregation & SIEM (e.g. Splunk)

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a globally distributed enterprise environment, ideally a media and entertainment organization
  • 4+ years of experience in security solution design and engineering
  • Experience with large IT and online infrastructure
  • Experience with working in a centralized and decentralized business environment
  • Excellent oral / written communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve desired objectives and project results
  • Ability to interface effectively and decisively with all levels of management, departments and outside vendor
