What We Need
A rockstar Events Producer who will serve as the right hand to the Senior Events Manager for our upcoming summer and fall calendar of events. They will help manage the event process from ideation to execution. Budget and project management are central to the position. Being self driven is necessary as the environment requires fast decision making and pragmatic problem-solving.
This is a 6-month Temporary position.
What You Will Do
Serve as strategic partner to Senior Events Manager
Manage multiple brand experiences
Ensure creative integrity by clearly articulating and defending conceptual and directional choices
Leading cross-functional teams communication to ensure teams are tracking against milestones and deadlines
Hosting regular teams meetings and providing agendas and status docs
Continually looking for innovating solutions and efficiencies across process
What Will Make You A Great Fit
3+ years event management and/or production experience
Experience working for a global organization
Ability to lead teams in managing multiple projects, from inception through to execution, managing priorities, commitments, budgets and timelines to meet internal and external deadlines
Excellent organizational and analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
Keen eye for detail and attention to delivering accurate and quality deliverables
Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling and documentation
Strong work ethic, integrity and positive attitude
A passion for staying current with experiential marketing trends and cutting edge brand experiences
Proficiency with Macs, including: Word, Excel, PPT and Google Drive: doc, slides and sheets
Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits and event executions
The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $35 and $45/per hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
