We’re 11 bit studios - producer and publisher of video games. You might recognize us from This War of Mine and Frostpunk. We’re based in Warsaw but operate all over the world. More games mean more challenges, which is why we are expanding our team.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Building, developing, setting up and integrating infrastructure and tools,

  • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes,

  • Analysis of the game’s production process to understand areas where automation can be used to improve pipelines and workflows.

Job requirements

Things we’re looking for:

  • Working knowledge of Python,

  • Having at least 1 year of experience working in a position with similar responsibilities, or B.Sc. degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent. Final year student? You’re more than welcome :)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and basic experience in the development process automation, software deployment, and testing (Jenkins, GitLab CI, TeamCity or other similar),

  • Administration of at least one operating system: Windows or Linux,

  • Very good communication skills,

  • Working knowledge of English language (B2 minimum).

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with game development, Unreal Engine or C++ development,

  • Familiarity with Perforce as a version control system,

  • Familiarity with tools for automated build environments (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform or other similar),

  • Know issues related to containerization (e.g. Docker) or virtualization,

  • Experience with Grafana, Prometheus or any other monitoring tool,

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure).
