Splitgate is a free to play, fast-paced sci-fi multiplayer shooter that combines the strategic elements of portals with the explosive gameplay of a first person shooter. We quickly became a top trending game on PlayStation, XBOX, and Steam. In our first 6 days, we passed 1M downloads, and hit 2M within the first two weeks. We’re now at 15M+ downloads and growing. After receiving $100M Series A funding with a valuation of $1.5B, we are actively looking to grow our team with the best talent out there to continue the journey of making Splitgate a game that we and the millions of players in our gaming community are proud of.

As you can imagine, continued, smooth, and efficient content production is critical for our growth at Splitgate. Our Art Producer will help lead and support talented Splitgate artists across the world to make the best art for the game.

Art Production Responsibilities

  • Run daily standups for artists and art strike teams
  • Prioritize tasks to minimize bottlenecks
  • Track production progress and provide status reports
  • Track asset completion, review and integration status
  • Run planning meetings and review meetings with Art Director and Leads
  • Communicate dependencies across developers
  • Find support for artists when they are facing issues
  • Assist Art leads and Art Director to track and document workflow and pipeline challenges
  • Lead production efforts (by enlisting support) to improve workflow and pipelines
  • Lead production efforts for all art development cycles

General Production Responsibilities

  • Participate in effort estimation for art production
  • Facilitate discussion and create consensus on art resource requirements, workflow and milestones
  • Ensure communication is clear and acknowledged by all parties
  • Identify project risks through regular monitoring of production status, team morale and communication channels
  • Call out project risks and create mitigation plans before they become an issue
  • Support change management during development cycles
  • Create and validate art production schedule that meets the requirements of the product team

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience with 2D and 3D content production
  • At least one shipped game but prefer 2 - 3 AA/AAA games shipped
  • PMP and/or Agile/Scrum Master certification
  • Experience with project and task management software preferred
  • Familiarity with DCC, 3D asset content production; UE4 is desired
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead creative efforts
  • Demonstrated ability for effectively communicating feedback and direction
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication, as well as presentation and group dynamics skills
  • A mature, professional attitude, combined with a desire to have fun
  • Experience and desire to work in a purely remote organization
