About the Role

We are seeking a Branded Content Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for acting as the liaison between production and partnerships to ensure that all client needs are being met, while staying true to the spirit of the brand’s original programming. The coordinator will manage integrations, custom content requests, and commercial spots across a variety of individual videos, series, and formats that air across any or all current and/or emerging social media and video platforms owned and operated by 100 Thieves. The Coordinator will work with the development team and the partnership teams from the initial pre-development phase all the way through to the post-launch marketing phase to make sure that all branded integrations are fully executed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in branded programming and development for short form content/new media or similar
  • Must be familiar with the gaming space
  • Must be extremely organized and confident in their ability to keep others on task
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Deep understanding of the 100T brand and those of our creators
  • Brand focused mentality
  • Able to proactively own & execute designated tasks independently, with a high level of comfort asking for help when needed
  • Personable & approachable with a strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working with and/or managing Asana, Trello, Jira or similar project management system

Responsibilities

  • Production coordination of branded shoots and integrations from development to publish
  • Ensuring quality, clarity, and correct placement of branded content integration
  • Develop and manage ad read / integration calendar, extension of master broadcast calendar
  • Troubleshoot, proactively identify, and quickly execute on branded integration issues and/or inefficiencies
  • Think strategically with an eye for balancing client and audience needs
  • Proactively contribute to the efforts of the Content team in securing on-screen placement and integration for 100 Thieves clients
  • Be a positive ambassador for 100 Thieves and our clients both internally and on-set
