Social Media Manager
Soniqs is looking for a Social Media Manager to join its creative team in a full-time salaried position.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of Soniqs’ social media channels and will work alongside team members to cultivate a unified outward-facing voice and brand of the organization.
Soniqs is looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience managing social media in esports with a proven track record of organically building channels in the esports space. The Social Media Manager will be supported by Soniqs’ creative team and will be expected to work closely with the team to develop and execute the organization’s outward branding.
While this position is on-site in Philadelphia, we may consider remote work a possibility.
Requirements
Proven track record in using social media best practices, 1-2 years managing social media accounts in esports
Reliable team player, someone who can work comfortably within a team and take criticism professionally
Expert in social media tools and platforms, like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord and Sprout Social
Strong grasp on a majority of esports Soniqs competes in: Rainbow Six Siege, PUBG, Rocket League, VALORANT and WoW
Excellent writing and communication skills with high attention to detail
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
Basic proficiency with Photoshop and Premiere
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media strategy which pushes Soniqs growth across social media
Provide match day coverage for Soniqs’ teams
Stay up to date on trends in esports social media and engage with fans across channels
Assist Soniqs’ creative team with content ideation, development and publishing across social channels
Use memes and gaming culture to foster growth across accounts
Track and share KPIs across departments
