ZeniMax Online Studios is looking for a Tools Product Owner for our Tools team on The Elder Scrolls Online. The Tools team supports several disciplines and is responsible for streamlining content creation as well as the art and data pipelines. The Tools PO will work closely with stakeholders to continually identify and prioritize needs in order to help the team maximize value of deliverables.
Responsibilities
Engage with cross-discipline stakeholders and engineering teams to identify needs, understand value, establish requirements, and deliver updates
Refine and manage product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements
Create and maintain product roadmap based on studio initiatives
Work with Technical Producers and Lead Tools Engineers to prioritize and schedule work for engineering team members
Monitor product usage and interact regularly with customers to gather and analyze product feedback
Effectively disseminate and evangelize product information to build product knowledge
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile development environment
Solid understanding and practical application of agile methodologies like Scrum
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can articulate details to both technical and non-technical developers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with strong initiative
Preferred Skills
Scrum Product Owner certification
Experience with game development pipelines
Experience working with developers to build products and features
Engineering or technical background
Salary Range
Tools Product Owner - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 - $160,000 per year.

The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
