ZeniMax Media is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to assist with managing all services provided by our corporate Desktop Support team. Qualified candidates will have experience managing a team, enforcing technology policies, and offering recommendations for improving the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your IT team and create a collaborative working environment
  • Maintain ticketing system including receiving/resolving/escalating tickets as well as contributing to the support knowledge base
  • Monitor and track tasking and ticket flow to assure that customer service metrics are met
  • Manage and enforce information technology policy and practices
  • Work with vendors and consultants to resolve issues when needed
  • Remain current with technological advances and new systems to provide recommendations for solutions to meet business objectives
  • Be the point of contact of ZeniMax IT management

Qualifications

  • 4 years of IT Support experience or equivalent education
  • Proven leadership experience managing personnel across multiple functional task areas
  • Strong management, communication, and organizational skills along with attention to detail
  • Ability to schedule and track multiple projects
  • Ability to prioritize workloads based on project needs
  • Experience working with outside vendors and consultants
  • Ability to work independently and as a team while managing multiple priorities in a constantly evolving and demanding environment
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization
