We have an Esports tournament platform: esportsfightclub.com which is owned by a crypto company verasity.io

We have 75 people across both companies with some social media and comms in each company. We want to unify the management of both under one manager. We are looking for senior person who can analyze our socials and communications and leverage what we have to the next level and manage 3 people directly. Although our business is in both Esports and Crypto, you need not know much about either. Our need is analytical skills in social media, execution and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and advocate influencer initiatives that improve audience acquisition, retention, and growth
  • Design and execute creative and innovative influencer and content marketing campaigns that engage and fascinate gamers
  • Collaborate with community management and product teams to establish goals and objectives to achieve KPI’s
  • Identify and adopt data-focused tools and services that enable maximal visibility into campaign performance
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and improve features that enable influencers

Requirements

  • Experience in building unique relationships with content creators on Twitch and YouTube
  • Experience orchestrating creative Influencer plans including timing, influencer selection, and strategy
  • Expertise in social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Be a numbers-obsessed idea factory
  • Experience with tracking and reporting platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and develop best practices for influencer relationships
  • Deep understanding of audiences, where they live online, and how to engage with them
  • Experience in evaluating performance data and delivering insights based on agreed upon metrics/KPIs
  • Eagerness to educate the rest of the team as to how to best enable content creators
