What will be your main challenge?

The Publishing Manager is a business driving role at Voodoo, with the ultimate goal of launching chart-topping hit games that will 10x Voodoo’s growth.

  • Sourcing and onboarding high potential game studios
  • Coaching studios on all aspects of their games (with a data-driven mindset on ideation, execution, inspirations, guidelines, etc)
  • Managing games across internal teams (product performance, marketing, tech, data, etc.)
  • Launching games through our gating system until full scale
  • Optimizing games with AB tests and running Live Ops

What do we expect?

  • A strong interest in growing your gaming product knowledge
  • Excellent product marketability sensitivity
  • Strong team leadership skills (will coach around 20 teams simultaneously)
  • Great interpersonal skills, and ability to give clear and actionable feedback
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • 3-5 years in consulting, banking, Big Tech, or other demanding areas is a plus
