A Little About Us

Our Xbox Sales Specialist team is responsible for driving direct sell-through of high value Xbox programs. Collaborating with our internal partners across a spectrum of roles, platforms and disciplines, we ensure that we are maximizing revenue from our advertiser and agency partners. We are passionate about Oath’s media brands. We win by helping our partner sales teams, proactively selling directly in-market, providing a feedback loop to our Media Brand and Product teams, and ultimately by working with our advertisers to create solutions that build their brands.

Oath is looking for the best of the best. You have worked in the video game or connected TV industry. Game console preferred. You are a seasoned seller who knows how to get the job done internally and externally.

  • You are passionate about providing the best customer service and have a successful track record of building meaningful client relationships

  • Last, but certainly not least -- you are an excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter

Your Day

  • Develop strategic plans to exceed target revenue goals on the media brand/program that is your specialty
  • Partner with internal sales teams to prioritize Xbox properly within their account lists, and amongst other Oath solutions/products
  • Build a working cadence with partner sales and support teams to track client adoption of Xbox and to share updates and learnings
  • Meet with clients to understand their strategic needs and to deliver Oath solutions from Xbox that meet their advertising and overarching business needs
  • Assist in the development of pitch materials that compellingly articulate the value proposition of proposed solution from a category, client and consumer perspective
  • Deliver market feedback to both Oath and Xbox partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of your brand’s strategy and roadmap
  • Hone in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry including developing innovations in Gaming, OTT, mobile, video, programmatic and other emerging media products

You Must Have

  • Undergraduate degree at least 5+ years in the advertising space with a track record of creating compelling marketing solutions, and digital experience essential
  • Video game, OTT digital media sales experience
  • Demonstrated partnerships with large clients and proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partner teams
  • Deep understanding of the digital media industry with the ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data and research
  • Experience as a sales ‘specialist,’ or proven track record of effectively influencing internal partner sales teams
  • A proven collaborator and relationship-builder with experience leading executive-level engagements
  • Passion for branding and marketing; outspoken advocate for client brands
  • Ability to think strategically, understand marketer needs, and creatively translate these needs into compelling concepts and programs
  • Experience working in a fast paced, matrix organization is a plus; strong experience in, and understanding of digital media, marketing, and consumer behavior
