The opportunity

As a Workday HRIS Analyst with a primary focus on employee experience, you will play a crucial role in elevating the way our employees interact with our organization. In this role, you will help us support and evolve our global Workday deployment and ensure its health, performance and growth all with the aim of creating a positive and engaging workplace.

What you’ll be doing

Workday Expertise:

  • Serve as an in-house expert on Workday, with a deep understanding of the system's capabilities, features, and functionality

  • Configure and optimize Workday modules to align with Unity's HR strategies, policies, and practices

Employee Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for improving the employee experience through Workday

  • Implement solutions to streamline processes in Workday, making them more user-friendly and efficient

  • Provide ongoing training and support to employees and managers on how to use Workday for HR-related tasks

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify areas for Workday process optimization and make recommendations to enhance the HR and employee experience

  • Stay informed about Workday updates and industry best practices, integrating them into our HR systems

  • Lead short- and mid-term projects that require the application of independent judgment

What we’re looking for

  • Solid understanding of Workday functionality and configuration - expertise in Core HCM (required) and one or more additional modules (Security Configuration, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, or Advanced Compensation) is preferred

  • Functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes

  • Experience in participating in systems implementation projects

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into solutions
